About the training
The Hope Not Handcuffs training video will introduce the viewer to the concept of police deflection programs and how Hope Not Handcuffs operates, with the assistance of law enforcement, our police deflection program.
Additionally, there will be information regarding how a person in crisis can request services from Hope Not Handcuffs.
How to Access the Course
Law Enforcement Training Portal
Law Enforcement users: Users must receive a unique password to access the course. Once the course is completed, the completion certificate should be printed and given to the agency administrator in charge of training records.
Public Training Portal
Public users: Users may access the course at any time. However, no completion certificate will be produced.
