Get Involved
Hope Not Handcuffs encourages anyone struggling with a substance use disorder to go to any of our 65 participating agencies and ask for help. Hope Not Handcuffs will dispatch a volunteer “Angel” to meet the participant at the location, offer support, and work with our Hopeline Recovery Specialists to assist the individual with getting placed into treatment.
Volunteer Angels are an integral part of the Hope Not Handcuffs program. If you are a compassionate person who would like to be an Angel and make a difference in someone’s life, we need you!
